At this point in my life I am gladly living in an approximately 500 square foot studio in Queens, New York. It’s a prewar building located on a quiet tree lined block. I have a lovely eat in kitchen (rare for a city studio) that I painted mustard yellow. Anyway, I’m ganna just cut to the chase here -My goal, my dream, my overwhelming desire, is to have a totally tricked out bathroom. Especially the shower. I want a big shower with big glass doors. In my shower I would like a touch screen monitor attached to the shower wall. This will control the shower pressure (massage functions), temperature, have internet connection, possibly a speaker phone/ intercom, and of course- an in shower stereo system. I don’t think I will need a tv in the shower (I would rather that in front of the toilet and bathtub). I really just want some awesome speakers with me while I wash my hair. As far as the rest of the bathroom goes, along with the tv in front of the toilet, I will need a phone next to it (probably a hands free phone. That would be the sanitary thing to do). I don’t think I will need a bidet but maybe I’ll have one in there for the décor. Also, maybe a self warming toilet seat (I will have to think that through a bit more), definitely a self warming towel rack. Hmmm, the floor should be heated too.
